Initially I felt these folks were really nice to work with. However, they charged me a lot of money to scan my check engine light and replace a gas cap that didn't fix the problem--over $140--my gas light came on within about four days. They also sort of misled me about having a shuttle service, they did drop me off at work but asked me to take a Lyft back to the shop (another $10 bucks), and said they would stick my keys above the tire so I could get my car when I called to tell them the Lyft driver was running late and I didn't think I could make it by the time they closed. The Lyft was 5 or so minutes out. Thankfully someone was still at the shop when I arrived, because they had locked my keys in my car. They are nice enough seeming, not a terrible experience, but I won't likely be going back.
I'm truly sorry your experience was less than excellent.
