Was disappointed to see that this business is not adequately following COVID-19 protocols. Customers and employees were not being required to wear masks while in the establishment. It is so important to follow the rules and guidelines of the health department in order to keep customers and employees safe. Update with more information: My friend, who is a heart surgery survivor, came into the shop today to pick up her car. It wasn’t quite ready yet, so she had to wait in the waiting room for about 45 mins. A customer was shown in and came to the waiting room not wearing a mask, helped himself to drinks, paced around the room. The person at the front desk had their mask pulled down at multiple points, all as soon as somebody wasn’t walking in the front door. The mechanic who fixed her car came to get her from the waiting room and the indoor lobby without wearing a face mask at all. I’m hoping that your safety policies will be more strictly enforced in the future so that my friend and others like her with health issues will feel comfortable coming to this business in the future as the pandemic continues.
Thanks for taking the time provide a review. I assure you we do have protocols in place and take this very seriously. We do require masks to be worn in the office by employees, vendors, and customers. In fact, we provide free masks for anyone who does not bring their own. We also sanitize all of our customer's vehicles before they are picked up. Additionally, we offer free pick up and delivery for at risk customers. I would like to get some more information about your visit, so I can determine what happened here. Unfortunately, we don't have any repair orders under the name the review is written by, so I cannot verify when this happened. If you can let me know what day and time you were in the shop or provide a repair order number, I can look into the issue further and see what happened.
